All payments must be made as per the invoice issued.
Advance or full payment may be required before project initiation.
Late or incomplete payments may result in delays, suspension, or termination of services.
No refunds will be issued once a project has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Timelines are provided based on project scope and client cooperation.
Delays in communication, approvals, or content submission from the client may extend deadlines.
We may use third-party tools, APIs, plugins, or platforms.
We are not responsible for failures, downtime, or disputes related to third-party services.
Pressly Digital Media shall not be liable for:
Loss of data
Business interruption
Loss of revenue or profits
Damages caused by misuse, delays, or third-party failures
Our liability, if any, will always be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend Services at any time if:
The client violates these Terms
Payment terms are not met
Misconduct, abuse, or misuse of services is detected
Upon termination, all pending balances become due immediately.
Your personal and business data is handled in accordance with industry standards.
